Of all the attributes one can develop, gratitude is most strongly associated with mental health. Learn how expressing gratitude can improve your mental, physical and relational well-being.

Yoga + Compassion

Compassion is simple, profound and can thrive in every one of us. Learn how to cultivate a relationship with yourself in a way that connects us to our own humanity and that of others.

Self-love and self-care is not selfish; it is about loving ourselves for who we are and taking the time to value our worth.  Learn how small changes can make a big difference in your daily routine.

Join us on May 24th as Hoobastank rocks out for a free concert on the Paséa Hotel & Spa Ocean Lawn.

Hoobastank is an American rock band, formed in 1994 in Agoura Hills, California  They were signed to Island Records from 2001 to 2012 and have released five albums and one extended play to date.  They have sold 10 million albums worldwide and is best known for their singles “Crawling in the Dark”, “Running Away”, and “The Reason”.

The World Famous KROQ is coming to Huntington Beach for a special series of summer concert.  ROQ The Ocean features the best local and emerging artists.  Guests can expect everything from alternative rock to reggae with the Pacific Ocean just a few feet away.  Pacific City and Paséa Hotel & Spa will host these free concerts beginning in April and running through September.
