By The Barrel: Trinitas Wine Estancia La Jolla

Enjoy a decadent four-course pairing dinner prepared by Estancia’s locally-celebrated Chef Marvin Maldonado and acclaimed Chef Vincent Lesage of the new Vista Collina Resort in Napa. Featuring Napa Valley winery Trinitas Cellars, the evening will begin with a cocktail reception with tray-passed appetizers against the backdrop of live music and Estancia’s beautiful botanical gardens. While savoring your dinner, winemaker Kevin Mills will lead you through a selection of award-winning red and white Trinitas treasures, with time in the evening to experience Estancia’s Trinitas Cellars Wine Bar, the winery’s only Southern California tasting room. There you will have the opportunity to sample and purchase Estancia’s new, private label Mysteriama created in celebration of the evening.
